How quickly can I access support?
We aim to connect you with reliable support as quickly as possible, often within 3 hours for emergencies. Our team prioritises urgent requests to make sure you get the help you need without delay.
Do you provide disability support near me?
Yes. We deliver flexible support services across Brisbane, Ipswich and much of Greater South East Queensland, helping participants access support at home and in the community.
What type of support services do you offer?
Do you work with Support Coordinators and Health Professionals?
Yes. We work closely with care coordinators, allied health professionals, hospitals and families to ensure coordinated and responsive support.
Can you support Participants with fundings outside of NDIS or Aged Care?
Yes, we work with a range of funding sources including Carer Gateway, Department of Child Services, hospital discharge and mental health programs just to name a few. If you are unsure about your eligibility, our team can help you explore options and access the right support quickly.
Can you support people outside the NDIS or Aged Care systems?
